Help Sri Lanka's Flood Crisis

Cyclone Ditwah has rampaged through Sri Lanka causing devastation worse than the Boxing Day Tsunami of 2004. Sri Lanka is currently in a State of Emergency with 12M+ people affected, 15,000+ homes destroyed, and hundreds of thousands displaced. Many families are without basic essentials.Because of purchasing-power differences, every £1 donated goes about as far as £5 would in the UK. Even small contributions have a multiplied impact on the ground, helping provide dry rations, clean water, hygiene supplies, temporary shelter, and urgent medical support at a critical time.If you’d like to help, here are two trusted options:•Sri Lanka Red Cross Society -providing emergency relief supplies, safe water, and frontline assistance.Sri Lankan High Commission (UK) – which has issued updated instructions for disaster-relief contributions, including secure GBP-based accounts.
